Sushila Ojha is the Chairperson of Urmul Seemant Samiti leading the overall direction and thrust of the organization working in the desert regions Rajasthan.A career academician, Sushila Ojha brings in over 40 years of experience of social movements, organization management and mentor the youth for social changemaking. She has keen interest and commitment to education and girls rights and also brings in vast knowledge of desert socio-culture discourse ranging from language, art and changing cultures. She also Chairs Bikaner Adult Education Association and is Executive Body member of Rajasthan Adult Education Association.
